On this page
01. Program and sender
Whole Person Conversations Messaging is the messaging program operated by Whole Person Conversations, LLC.
02. Message types
Messages may include application follow-up, scheduling confirmations and reminders for first conversations, program and cohort updates, and occasional service messages. We do not send promotional blasts without separate consent. Promotional messages, if offered, require a separate opt-in.
03. How consent works
You may consent by checking or agreeing through the application form or booking process. Messaging consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or admission. Keep messaging choices separate from other permissions. We use the number you provide for the purposes described in the consent you give.
04. Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge its usual rates for messages or data.
05. Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages. We will send an opt-out confirmation within the carrier norm. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Telling us by email that you want to stop is also an available opt-out method. You may need to opt out separately from a different messaging channel.
06. Carrier delivery
Messages are sent through participating mobile carriers. Availability depends on the carrier, network, and device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
07. Mobile information and privacy
We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. For information about how personal information is handled, read our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
08. WhatsApp messages
WhatsApp messages are sent only to people who have contacted us or opted in. Use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp terms. To stop messages, reply STOP or tell us by email at [email protected].
09. Email messages
Marketing email is intended to follow CAN-SPAM requirements. Each marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Use that link to stop marketing email. Email and messaging preferences are managed separately. Marketing emails include a working unsubscribe link.
