Why we use information
We use information to respond to applications, run the application and admission process, schedule first conversations, deliver programs, manage billing, communicate with you, improve the site, comply with law, and protect people and systems. We do not use information for purposes incompatible with the context in which it was collected, subject to applicable law.
Back to topSale and advertising
As of October 19, 2026, we do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will update this policy before either practice changes. We do not use advertising or tracking pixels as of that date.
Back to topHow long we keep information
We keep application information while reviewing an application and for a reasonable period afterward to document the process and handle follow-up. Booking details remain as needed to manage appointments and related communications. Email, message, SMS, and WhatsApp content is retained while needed for the relationship, program administration, safety, and recordkeeping. Payment records are kept as needed for accounting, tax, dispute, and legal requirements; full card numbers are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by us. Website logs and analytics are retained according to operational needs and provider settings. Some cookies expire when a browser session ends; others remain until expiration or deletion. We review retention and dispose of information when no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal obligations and legitimate recordkeeping.
Back to topSecurity and breach notices
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. If a breach occurs, we will provide notices required by applicable law.
Back to topPrivacy rights and requests
Depending on your state, the law that applies, and its eligibility requirements, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling. California residents and residents of other states may have rights under their state laws; the scope and eligibility vary. Colorado residents may request access, correction, deletion, and portability, and may opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling where Colorado law applies. To exercise a right, email [email protected] and describe your request. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity and authority. Do not send a password or full card number. If we deny a request, reply to our decision email with Appeal in the subject and explain why you believe it should be reconsidered. Our standard target is a response within 45 days. If extra time is reasonably needed and the law permits, we may extend by up to 45 days and tell you why. Applicable legal deadlines control.
Back to topGlobal Privacy Control and opt-out signals
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as of this policy date, so there is no such activity to opt out of today. We will honor a recognized opt-out preference signal, including Global Privacy Control, if our practices change and the signal applies to us under law.
Back to topMarketing and messages
To stop marketing email, use its unsubscribe link or email [email protected]. To stop SMS, reply STOP. You may also ask us by email to stop marketing messages. For WhatsApp, use an available opt-out control or email us. We process opt-outs for the relevant channel. Booking, program, and other service messages may continue when needed to provide a service or meet a legal obligation. Marketing permissions for email, SMS, and WhatsApp are separate from service communications.
