On this page
01. Our commitment
Whole Person Conversations, LLC is committed to making this website and its information usable by people with disabilities. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a goal and an ongoing effort, not a claim of full conformance or certification.
02. Accessibility measures on this site
The pages include semantic headings and landmarks, a skip link, keyboard-operable navigation and menu with visible focus, color combinations selected for sufficient contrast, text resizing and responsive layouts, descriptive alternative text for images, reduced-motion support, labeled controls, and accessible accordions. We continue to review these features as the site changes.
03. Known limitations
The third-party application form and booking calendar are provided by a service provider and may not meet every accessibility criterion. Some older PDF or media downloads may also have accessibility barriers. Captions for recorded video can be requested by email. We will work with visitors to find a usable alternative where possible.
04. Requesting an alternative or assistance
You may request materials in another format by emailing [email protected]. If the application form is difficult to use, email us for application help. We can complete the application with you by email. You may also contact us if you need help accessing a booking option or other site content.
05. Feedback and response
Please tell us what page or material presented a barrier and, if you can, what assistive technology or browser you were using. Email [email protected]. We aim to respond within 2 business days and will try to resolve the issue within 10 business days. If a resolution will take longer, we will share what we can about next steps.
06. Formal complaints
If you wish to make a formal complaint, you may contact the appropriate state or federal civil rights or disability rights agency, or seek independent legal advice. These routes are available in addition to contacting us directly.
07. Assessment and review
This statement reflects an internal review of the pages and automated accessibility checks. These methods help identify some barriers but do not establish complete conformance. We have not obtained an independent certification. We will continue to review the site and consider accessibility feedback.
08. Tips for using this site
