01Scope
This policy describes cancellation, transfer, and refund terms for The Advisor Advantage. It does not state refund terms for private coaching, team skill development and workshops, speaking, or the on-demand resource library. For another engagement, use the written terms provided for that engagement before enrollment. If those terms do not answer a question, email [email protected] before making a payment.
02The Advisor Advantage cancellation terms
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the cohort start date are eligible for a full refund minus a $250 processing fee. Cancellations within 60 days may be transferred to a future cohort at Melissa's discretion. No refunds are issued within 30 days of the cohort start date.
03How to request a cancellation
Send your cancellation request to [email protected]. Include your name, the program, the cohort start date, and the email address used for enrollment so the request can be matched to the enrollment. Email is the request channel for this policy. The applicable time window is measured against the cohort start date.
04Installment payments
An installment arrangement does not change the cancellation terms above. Any unpaid installment obligations and the effect of a cancellation on future scheduled payments are governed by the written enrollment agreement. Review that agreement before enrollment. Do not assume a cancellation automatically stops or reverses a payment unless the applicable agreement or written confirmation says so.
05Cohort transfers and cancellations
The existing program wording says that cancellations within 60 days may be transferred to a future cohort at Melissa's discretion, and that no refunds are issued within 30 days of the cohort start date. It does not state that a transfer is automatic, does not promise a particular future cohort, and does not specify additional transfer conditions. A transfer request should be made by email and is subject to Melissa's decision.
06Refund processing
If a refund is approved under this policy, the return will be submitted through the third-party payment processor used for the original card payment. The processor and card issuer control when the funds appear in the account. Posting times can vary, and no fixed processing or bank-posting interval is stated here. Contact the processor or card issuer about a refund that has been submitted but has not appeared.
